    My ideas for PCT

    I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I've been doing research for weeks.Im thinking of dbol due to it's simplicity. My questions are is it nessecary to have test? And what about nolva? I read I'll have to take something after due to estrogen rebound from the nolva.
    So any help is appreciated So just dbol and nolva? Will it be fine? My mind is racing from all of the possibilitys I'm poor and dbol w nolvas cheap

    you need to stack dbol with test, not only that you have to be able to afford the FOOD... otherwise you are just wasting your money and health...

    id wait until your financial situation improves...

    If you've done your research you'd know:

    1. Dbol is very toxic
    2. Test should always be run unless erectile dysfunction and no libido are exciting for you.
    3. In the absence of natural testosterone, your body will aromatize estrogen.
    3. Tamoxifen is a SERM, not an AI. You need both. One for during and one for post cycle.
    4. A good PCT includes tamox+clomiphene.

    Not trying to bust your nuts, but so many guys come here with the line "I've been doing research" and then they propose a cycle that clearly shows that have NOT done enough reading.

    Thank you for your reply I'm just fried I don't know what to do thi is my last hope to my dreams I've lost 100 pounds and gained it even though my diets been the same and same with lifting. I started running and gained 30 more I wanna join the military soon

    Maybe you should start by listing all your stats (height, weight, age, %bf) as well as your goals, training experience and current nutrition plan. It's easier to advise you if we have a better understanding of your current condition and expected goals.

    Both but I can't do pullups or pushups my max is 42 pushups and 1 chin up my running is crap I looked into winstrol but saw dry joints and decided that won't work also i need a substance that's out of my body quick

    ok well, i assume your goal is to loose fat, dbol will NOT help with that lol, i would get your diet in check and increase cardio.. whats your current diet like??? what did you eat yesterday??

    Diet is breakfast 3egg whites and 1/2cup oats
    Lunch -small chicken Brest with one fruit or tuna
    Din-steak or chicken w veggies
    I've been training non stop I was at210 I took xpand and was there I've gained weight from cardio

    You're not eating anywhere enough good and cardio isn't going to bulk you up. Are you training in a gym at all?

    I had a membership at the y now I do body weight cardio,bench,curls,skull crushers, dips, situs and chin ups I shit you not I gained 30lbs from cardio alone

    No it's about 310 I hate it my dreams were so close to signing and I waited now I have to start over

    Ohh also my sleeps way off I can't get a sleep routine which I thinks half of it my schedule used to be wake at 5am sleep at 10pm now it's wake at 12pm sleep at 4 or 5 am

    Post your daily nutrition. You aren't gaining weight from cardio.

    Protien-70-100g
    Fat-15g or less
    Carbs only from beans
    Also doing insanity workout

    Yes, at this point nothing is making sense. Could definitely be a thyroid issue, but there are other possibilities. CBC, CMP, thyroid, cortisol, male hormone panel, and E2 sensitive for starters. Blood work would provide insight for where to look next.
