How to know when AI dose needs to be increased?

Hey guys, Its was recommended to me to run adex at .25mg eod and adjust from there if nessasary. (since adex was already the ai that i had obtained before seeking dosage advice.) Well currently into week 6 of test e and all seemed to be going pretty well, but taking a good look at myself the last two days im now noticing very signifigant water weight gains (kinda blowing up like crazy...lol) I do know that this was to be expected to an extent, but was also told that dex would help keep me "dry." I'm just wondering if this is one of those signs that may indicate its time to up the dose to .5 eod.
Also just what else specifically should i be looking for as far as visual signs or physical symptoms that would be a sign that i should be upping my dose? I did make an appt. with doc for labs, but have to wait untill monday to get into the office.

There a couple other ways to reduce bloat and should be considered before increasing your AI.

    Reduce sodium intake.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Vitamin B6 - natural diuretic.

    Diet.

Bloodwork is of course the best,

But if thats not in the budget, I will find that I am more emotional way before any other signs. Symptoms like watching a movie and getting choked up when the puppie dies... LOL. Also becoming easily, these things will alert many people to high E2 values way before nipple sensitivity etc. occur.

PS agree with what Mickey said 100% you should always give your body all the natural help you can to control any problem before resorting to drugs.
