How do you know it's your tamoxifen?
    What's your dosage?
Did you look up the side effect profile for tamoxifen?
    What else are you taking?

I don't know it's my tamox, that's why I'm asking if anyone knows u can feel lethargic from taking it, if not then I can rule it out.
40mg ED with 25mg stane ED (fighting rebound gyno, only started the stane 2 days ago) started nolva 2 weeks ago

Well, many things can contribute to fatigue (changes in diet, rising E2, falling testosterone, AIs, SERMs, etc). The most common sides of tamoxifen are listed below. They are similar for AIs as well.

    - nausea/vomiting
    - light headedness
    - dizziness
    - fatigue
    - headaches
    - hair loss/thinning
    - elevated LFTs
    - ED/impotence
    - neutropenia

Have you had any blood work done recently? Your fatigue could be due to the SERM but there are other possibilities as well.

No problem. Let me know if your condition worsens and we can trouble shoot to see what we need to do. If you are cutting a lot of carbs, that may make you feel lethargic as well. As I said, many things can contribute to it.

Carbs have been stable, no drop in them,
It's sorta like lethargic/slight depression (hate to say that)
But honestly not looking for a Dr Phil moment but it's affecting my relationship, so I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it.
