Can I continue to lean in PCT, or is it death for the muscle I just gained?

I'm an ecto/hardgainer/ thin/ whatever kind of dude.
The cycle I'm about to conclude has been a success as far as adding muscle, AND leaning. I.E. a re-comp.
I did it by eating just over TDEE, and keeping my diet very strict and within macro %'s. I also use an HIT style ala Marcus's Diary over traditional lifting. I conclude with 30 minutes cardio P.W.

I'm at roughly 14-ish %. I can see my abs, but I'd like some more definition everywhere. I'd like to lean up a couple more percents, and show what I have... But NOT if I have to lose the muscle I just worked my ass off for. Is this possible during the next few months while I recover? Or, should I just stick to trying to retain muscle?

Also, Is it common to lose a little water or fat when coming off cycle? I didn't really pay attention to that on my last cycles... I'm currently on Test/Tren .

IMO you would be pushing to d tend the cycle. My recommendation is to do your planned pct.

I'm doing my PCT regardless, that's a non- issue.

Sorry bro for some reason i thought you were wanting to extend the cycle. Thats my bad i dont know why i thought that. Yes with proper nutrition you should be able to continue leaning up and yes you should lose some water weight after coming off the cycle.

    Lol, no worries.
    Sweet, thanks!
My plan is to stay right at my new TDEE, and kinda just keep doing what I'm doing. Training hard and doing cardio daily, and slowly continue to drop fat. I'm hoping the only difference between being on cycle and off is that I won't be adding any new muscle although continuing to gain lean mass too would be awesome, it's not very realistic while off cycle. That's what AAS are for.

I see no reason why you wouldn't keep your gains and lose bf by following a well thought out nutrition plan that is going to continue to keep your marcros in check but adjusted so you don't put extra bf while continuing to do a hiit method of training. Would not be unusual since diet is everything

Cool. I'm REALLY paranoid about losing everything. I'm just now coming into the idea of getting away from the "bulk/cut" mentality, and always eating at or just over my needs.
