I've noticed in the last 6 months or so nolva alongside clomid is now typically being run at 40/20/20/20..instead of 40/40/20/20..
Where has this come from, anyone have a link to this thread with new found data/research showing this?
I'm assuming this is because of nolvas 7 day half life?

The short answer is front loading. And there is supporting data that indicates 20mg per day is sufficient to effectively produce the intended results.
I don't have a link on this because the supporting and available information is overwhelming.
