You need more than tamoxifen for PCT. It should include clomiphene. Start date depends on your cycle length and compounds used.

This is a very basic question Scott. One that could be answered with the least amount of research. In fact, if you even read one cycle that was Cypionate and Dbol, you'd see what a proper PCT looked like.

Well from reading all the pct with nolvadex involved that I have seen were 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20

Always have ALL your supplies BEFORE any cycle starts. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail!

Well I was going on advice from buddy that didn't do a pct, so I didn't buy any. After last thread I realized needed it so I have been running around to get it. Just got nolvadex tonight

Great work! Now you'll need about 50 clomid pills if they're 50's... Usually are.

Your pct should be 18 days after last injection as follows

Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Clomid 100/50/50/50 or 100/100/50/50

To bad you probably didnt use hcg

They mean well but all too often guys take friends advice who have limited knowledge on interventional endocrinology and steroid use.

Good luck with your PCT.....and tell your buddy you're a bit more knowledgable then him now!

That's correct with a no hcg on cycle. Once again, was not informed. Yes more knowledgable but, still have PLENTY to learn !

Stick around here and you'll learn the learnings! Especially if you continue the positive attitude you seem to have. Lots of noobs come around with questions and attitude problems.
