    Gyno or fat?

    Hi all,
Not sure if I'm posting in the right place
    I'm 5'9 about to turn 23 weight 175 body fat around 12%
I've taken super dmz several months ago. Had to stop working out after my cycle was over due to some irl problems. Now i'm back to the gym and planning on starting another PH, but my pecks cough my attention as i am not sure if i have gyno or is it just fat would like a second opinion on it.

    Thank you

I've been out for few months, but i agree with you. Just wanted to get second opinion regarding if its gyno or fat, do i have something to worry about or is it going to go away once i shred some fat?

Diet hard and lots and lots of cardio and then see what they look like. And pro hormones will likely only make a gyno problem worse!
