Nipple Hurts

Im doing a cycle with Prop, T400 and Equipose.

I use as AI, Arimidex EOD however my nipple is fluffy and hurts when I touch it.

At what point do you know when you have GYNO?

Should I add another AI or raise the dose to everyday?

Or would I be better off with Aromasin?
