PCT advice

Hello,

I've finished a 12 week cycle of Test E only.
I used HCG through out the cycle and Arimidex 0.25 oed.

My PCT starts the 17th Jan.

My balls did not shrink, Can anybody with experience help me determined the dose I should take with my PCT? (I have Nolvadex and Clomid)

It feels like I'm normal. So I was thinking of going:

75/50/50/50 clomid
40/20/20/20 nolvadex

or even

50/50/50/50
20/20/20/20


I also have Tribulus and ZMA for placebo effect to help with recovery.


Any advice would be great!

Sound's good should go with that 50/50/50/50, 20/20/20/20 or even 40/20/20/20 with the nolv, even though you feel like you're normal a bit more clomid could not hurt, that's what I would do, just a few of my thought without knowing too much about yourself or how your body has responded to other cycles in the past with your pcts

Hi mark i would go with clomid 100 75 50 50 nolva 40 20 20 20. What dose was your hcg ? did you get good gains from your cycle mate.

You may feel normal now, but that will change soon. I like this one:
clomid: 100/100/50/50
nov: 40/40/20/20
The trib will def help with the libido.
