Do you need HCG?

Hey everyone!
Thinking about starting my first cycle and my question is do you really need HCG? It's near impossible to get in aus! :(

Im not going to say you have to have it because for years I did cycles without it. It does make for easier recovery in my opinion but have to have is pretty strong.

I personally never cycle without it. And yes, you do need it.
