Clomid Tamax

Hi, I'm a 25 year old male... 80kg... 167cm tall with very low body fat...
I just finished my second cycle of sust 250...
I have clomid and tamox as my pct and am wondering what dosages I should take?
I have done my research... extensively actually... but everyone is giving different opinions... is there a standard dose I can follow?
From what I've read - I've formulated my own dosage... please critique!!

Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Tamox: 40/40/20/20/10/10

Any help or criticism would be greatly appreciated!

Looks good, adding the extra wk or 2 of Tamox seems to be becoming more popular. I myself will be doing the same next time around.
