    how to mix my hcg?

    trying to dose 250 iu a day. i have a vial of 5000iu hcg and 1ml slin pins. how much bac water do i need to use to be able to measure 250 ius in my slin pin?

    Add 2ml of BW! No need to add more.

    5000iu = 2ml
    2500iu = 1ml
    250iu = 0.1ml
