Deca - 500mg/wk. - wk 1-14
HCG 250iu 2x/wk. - wk 1-18
Arimidex 0.25mg eod. - wk 1-18
Nolva 20mg/day. - wk 1-18

PCT starting at wk 18

wk1/wk2/wk3/wk4
Clomid 100/50/50/50 mg/day
Nolva 20mg/day 4 weeks
Arimidex 0.5 mg/day 4 weeks

The reason why I am keepin Arimidex in PCT is cuz Im prone to bad estrogen side effects, depression and all that mood swing bs. Wanna stay away from that. Been some messed up post cycle moments

Keeping nolva and arimidex on cycle cuz had puberty gyno and gyno surgery. Want to play it safe so included nolva as well.

I was unsure about the HCG, stop before pct? or use partially in pct?

Cycle experience in profile. Tips/comments on PCT and cycle?

P.S. when did Swifto get banned and when was he a scammer?

I've read some posts where some people use an AI in pct and others say don't.

I've had bad crashes, like real bad crashes when I come off. Messed up head case depression. I really don't want to experience that Shizzz so is there any other alternative than an AI in pct? That's y I kept it in but please advise

From what i understand from one of the stickies in the pct area using ai through pct is fine, but he recommends stane because adex can act negatively with nolva and cause it to be less affective. Also I would think you would want to end ai before you finish nolva.

IMHO, your PCT is insufficient. Clomid: 100/50/50/50; Nolva: 40/40/20/20/20 (yes, 5 weeks of nolva and possible 6 if you're E2 sensitive.) Using the 19-nor (deca) you should consider caber or prami as well. If you approach PCT in a similar fashion as I laid out, you should be much more protected from E2 than your proposed protocol with the added AI. Keep the AI on hand just in case but ideally you should drop it immediately prior to starting PCT. Not flaming with this statement but, you've been a member here since 2006 and should really have a better handle on correct usage of these compounds you're think of pumping into your system. Just my $0.02

Thanks for the tips. I've considered caber and am prolly gonna order it. Maybe visit sporadically hence the low post count. Thanks for the pct tip tho as was unsure of AI on pct
