I finished up my sust cycle back in the middle of December ( 250 e3d) and just finished pct 22 days ago (Clomid 75/50/50/50 Nolva 40/40/20/20/20).
My strength and stamina were greatly diminished the first couple of weeks into my pct, but I pushed on continuing to keep my calories up with a clean diet and keeping up the intensity in my training. However I dropped the weight, increased reps and kept my workouts to 45 minutes.
I really had to push myself. I just didn't have it in me.
But finally I reached the light at the end of the tunnel! Last week I started feeling almost like I'm back on the juice! My strength is just about back to where I was on cycle, I have all kinds of energy, and my libido is back with a vengeance!
I swear I feel like I'm shooting test again, it's great!
I want to thank all of who have given me the pointers that I needed to on this path.
