Hey guys. I posted this in TRT and Q&A, but was told this is the best place for this question.

I was going to cycle starting April first for 12 weeks 500mg enanth/wk and some var wk 1-6. But just got my bw back and it made me worried. Last year I ended a cycle of text cyp 12wk and ended pct in July. I recovered great as far as symptoms went and I've been feeling ok all year with the exception of muscle mass not being linear with the diet and work out in. My pct was torem and nolvadex .

I don't drink, don't smoke, not on any prescriptions, and exercise 5-6x a week. I'm a cpt with a degree in exercise science so I have a good workout program. My diet is on point. I take a multi, maca capsules, and St. John's wort daily.

Notice my vit d is down so I'm supplementing 5000iu extra d3 on top of my multi to see if that helps the low test. I'm 25 going on 26 in 3 weeks and don't want to be so quick to consider trt. This time last year my test was 675. I'm holding off on my cycle until I figure things out. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

should I run Torem again? HCG ? how long? doses?

Can't help you without seeing your BW. Post it with ranges and we'll try to help!

Your Lh & FSH are still in the toilet. So is your Vit D. I would suggest another attempt at pct to get your hpta healthy for a period of time before you consider another cycle. Google the Scally Power Pct Protocol. I'll give you a link with an interesting read by Scally and Vergel but it has been updated.

www. medibolics. com/ScallyVergelAstractHPGA.pdf (close the gaps)

It's been updated a bit with the HCG being 2000IU EOD for 10 shots total.

There's a pct forum here as well. Take a look at the sticky threads and read up a bit. You're T level is actually good for the LH & FSH level exhibited, IMHO. You may consider a run of Nolvadex only to attempt to stimulate production.

Thanks a lot, that was a good read. I can get HCG quickly and I have some nolva and torem laying around. I hate clomid, will torem be good enough for this protocol? I have some old AR-R clomid laying around but I'm sure it crashed.

I am feeling kind of down about all this especially because I've been hard on myself about not getting the results I normally would be getting. I really thought I wasn't trying hard enough to the point where I would get angry over eating one wrong meal or slacking on one last rep.

    does this look right?

    HCG DAYS 1-16: 2000iu eod

    CLOMID DAYS 1-30: 50mg 2x a day OR TOREM 120/120/60/60??

    NOLVADEX DAYS 1-45: 20mg ed

Hey, I'm starting my protocol on thursday when my HCG comes.. but in the meantime, I was talking with another doctor and he told me HCG alone will do the trick but I need to run it every day. He said skip the clomid and nolvadex because I won't be dealing with estrogen rebound since my cycle was so long ago. Does anyone concur or should I just run it like this?

Who really knows what is going to work for each of us until you try! I would prefer clomid over torem but to each his own. Personally If I was to do only one of the items it would be nolva and that may be a good option. Remember though, PCT is what Scally is pretty much known for, I doubt the doc you spoke of focuses just on that.

Yea you're right. Plus, at a dose like that I'm sure the nolvadex IS necessary. I wish I could use clomid but I'm in a place in my life right now where I really can't deal with the sides. New job, finishing a degree, moving... I have a bad past of anxiety and depression and I'm extra vulnerable with the extra stresses I'm dealing with ATM.

How long after this should I wait to get blood work? And I only was able to get 10000iu of hcg so should I lower the dose or shorten the duration?

    Thanks again.

By the way, is this primary or secondary hypogonadism? I'm thinking secondary.. Am I correct?
