Best AI?
I'm curious as to personal preferences/opinions on which AI (aromatase inhibitor) you guys run during cycle and or pct. It would also be helpful to include how easily available the mentioned AI is, and also how expensive, in terms of reasonably priced or expensive.

I use adex. It's a "same day service" drug. Works instantly where aromasin , the other popular AI, takes about week or so for serum levels to get up. I couple it with Chrysin (OTC). I always stay away from Letro. But you shouldn't need an AI during PCT.

Ah. good question. Because It helps. I switched to subQ and my AI dose went down from .5 twice a week to almost nothing. I probably could get away without an AI. But I still use .25 twice a week. Well that keeps me on the higher end of the range. And .5 would be on the lower. Coupling it with Chrysin put be in the middle of the range. Just needed that little-not-so-powerful boost.

Does the chrysin only help with subq? Or in general?

Yeah. lol. 1/2 and ML, up to .6ML is the max really. Otherwise just go IM to avoid lumps.
You can throw it in at 3000mg/daily. Split into 1000mg 3 times daily or 1500 twice daily.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Yeah. I use the Chrysin 500 (500mg) by MRM. It's 5.7-dihydroxyflavone.

I have never used an AI during PCT so far. But after reading pinnacles thread on his pct, he had suggested using an AI during pct and it made me curious. His reason for doing so also seemed legit. I did just notice that the thread was a little old, and wasn't sure if others were running AI's during pct.
