    Best AI?

I'm curious as to personal preferences/opinions on which AI (aromatase inhibitor) you guys run during cycle and or pct. It would also be helpful to include how easily available the mentioned AI is, and also how expensive, in terms of reasonably priced or expensive.

Dont run an ai in pct just use serms for pct. Aromasin and adex are the best choices. Ar-r .com the site sponsor has all this stuff.

I use adex. It's a "same day service" drug. Works instantly where aromasin , the other popular AI, takes about week or so for serum levels to get up. I couple it with Chrysin (OTC). I always stay away from Letro. But you shouldn't need an AI during PCT.

Ah. good question. Because It helps. I switched to subQ and my AI dose went down from .5 twice a week to almost nothing. I probably could get away without an AI. But I still use .25 twice a week. Well that keeps me on the higher end of the range. And .5 would be on the lower. Coupling it with Chrysin put be in the middle of the range. Just needed that little-not-so-powerful boost.

Guess I should have been more specific with my question lol
I'm gonna have to look into that, on why it helps etc.

Does the chrysin only help with subq? Or in general?

No, it will help regardless. however, should never be used as a sole AI. (I know you're not thinking that, just in case someone else is reading).

subQ has much less effect on E2 than Intramuscular, making management easier.

Yeah but 2.4cc would prolly b a little difficult eod subq! Haha
But I may try it. I was having a little trouble getting my ai just right. Tried .5 eod and e2 was 100 and some change. .5ed was too much. I was gonna try .5 on ink days and .25 on non. But I may try .5 eod coupled with chrysin and see how it works.

Yeah. lol. 1/2 and ML, up to .6ML is the max really. Otherwise just go IM to avoid lumps.

You can throw it in at 3000mg/daily. Split into 1000mg 3 times daily or 1500 twice daily.

Sweet, is it sold as chrysin, or is it an "active ingredient" in X?

    Thanks aus!

    Yeah. I use the Chrysin 500 (500mg) by MRM. It's 5.7-dihydroxyflavone.

I have never used an AI during PCT so far. But after reading pinnacles thread on his pct, he had suggested using an AI during pct and it made me curious. His reason for doing so also seemed legit. I did just notice that the thread was a little old, and wasn't sure if others were running AI's during pct.

Ai should be used before pct or if you decide to blast hcg . I prefer aromasin because you can be more flexible with the doses. Adex can wreak havoc on your lipid profile so I try not to use that as much. I have seen that most people on trt use adex more often than aromasin
