Just wondering if I can get some advice. I'm coming off of my 1st cycle ever and am wondering what's the best way to do this and what items are recommended to use and so forth. I am 40yrs. old if this makes any difference. Thank you in advance for the guidance. I hope to learn a lot from this site.
