    gyno scaring

will gyno surgery leave a lump missing out of my chest, can it tighten your nipples to make them look like they look when they are hard?

Look at my right nipple in post 8. I had a massive lump removed 6 months ago. A lump this size.

I had gyno in my right pec. Started in high school. I have never used AAS's. It grew to about a flattened golf ball size before I had it removed last year. You can't tell that I ever had a surgery. If you look really close you can see a slight scar but that's it. If you only have pea sized lumps. Check the post on gyno reduction/reversal. May be an option, I'm not sure. I can tell you my surgery cost's 10k with $1,500 out of my pocket. So I would explore your options.

Lack of intervention. The dr's didn't know how to deal, with it, nothing would reverse it. Turns out it was something quite rare in men, a mutation of my glands, called PASH.

I can't remember how long exactly that I had to take off from lifting. But I want to say between 2-3 weeks. So it's not too bad. You can still do leg work. Just don't want to risk tearing the sutures so I wouldn't advise upper body for at least a week.
