Can I continue to lean in PCT, or is it death for the muscle I just gained?
I'm an ecto/hardgainer/ thin/ whatever kind of dude.
The cycle I'm about to conclude has been a success as far as adding muscle, AND leaning. I.E. a re-comp.
I did it by eating just over TDEE, and keeping my diet very strict and within macro %'s. I also use an HIT style ala Marcus's Diary over traditional lifting. I conclude with 30 minutes cardio P.W.
I'm at roughly 14-ish %. I can see my abs, but I'd like some more definition everywhere. I'd like to lean up a couple more percents, and show what I have... But NOT if I have to lose the muscle I just worked my ass off for. Is this possible during the next few months while I recover? Or, should I just stick to trying to retain muscle?
Also, Is it common to lose a little water or fat when coming off cycle? I didn't really pay attention to that on my last cycles... I'm currently on Test/Tren.
