If I'm running Nolva 20mg a day while on a cycle, do I just stay on it heading into PCT? Would I bump it to 40mg a day at the beginning of the PCT for a bit than back down to 20? Or just continue at 20?

You more than likely wouldn't run nolvadex during the cycle. You need an AI for on cycle estro control and you would be using serms for pct. arimidex or aromasin as an AI and Clomid nolvadex for pct
