Clomid+Nolvadex Dosages for pct

Ran a 12 week test e cycle with arimidex .25eod/as needed, no hcg. Should pct consist of
Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) 100/100/50/50 or 100/50/50/50 or 75/50/50/50 every day?
Nolvadex (Tamoifen Citrate) 40/20/20/20?

What are the differences between those dosages on the clomid?

I use Clomid 50/50/25/25 amd Nolva 40/40/20/20. I get nasty sides when I use 100mg of Clomid.

I always take clomid right before bed, you could take them both at that time if you like. Though Nolva dosen't affect me at all so i do Nolva when i wake, clomid before bed.

Nolva 40/40/20/20
