Arimidex or Nolvadex for PCT

I've been researching AAS use for months and I've gotten the most of the info on various kinds of AAS, their effects, dosage, side effects, etc..

During that time I briefly touched on PCT but never really looked into it as much as the AAS itself. Decided to save research on that for after.

During my first week of PCT research I've come up with these questions (looked them up but never really found a clear answer):

1. What's the difference between Arimidex and Nolvadex?
2. What are the effects of each and what do they do ?
3. Is Nolvadex better than Arimidex?
4. Which of the two is better for a T-400 cycle?

Any other suggestions for PCT would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks a lot.

Adex is for on cycle support as it lowers circulating estrogen in the body nolvadex is for pct as it competes for the receptor in the mammary gland stopping gyno but does not lower circulating estrogen in the body
