Just started PCT

Just started PCT on Saturday Just 8th, 21 days after my last eq inj.
This is my PCT protocol
HCG- 500iu on (MON/WED/FRI) for 3 weeks in total.
Nolva- Day 1- 40 mgs than 20mgs ED for 6 weeks total.
Clomid - Day 1 100mgs than 50 mgs ED for 6 weeks total

How does my PCT stack up ? Good to go or certain changes should be made?

That is a long pct man, as for the hcg I like to blast 5000iu for 10 days. Couple days after start my PCT (currently on).

I would just take 4 weeks of clomid and nolva, It will be sufficient. Clomid will bring the boys back after some of the heaviest cycles.

HCG should be run during the cycle! That is not my opinion. It is fact. Of you don't want to shut down, use hcg during cycles.

I like it. There's no hard and fast rule. The standard is a guideline. You'll adjust it accordingly as you do more cycles and see how your body responds.

TEST E - weeks 1-14 at 500 mgs a week
EQ -weeks 1-14 at 400 mgs a week
Avar - weeks week 8-14 at 40mgs ED
