probably not worth the time or cost associated with it. weird question, but funny. If you do it, i'd be interested to hear....

there will be some variable costs associated with processing "pregnant lady's urine" as well
now let's consider the cost of just buying the HCG
have you considered what your break even volume of manufactured HCG will be?

It would definately NOT be cost effective.. from the looks of it, they use a monoclonal antibody to attach to the HCG to filter it out...
