Should I take Novaldex while taking test and deca? (first cycle)

Should I take novladex through my whole cycle even tho I'm going to take deca with my test?

Im going to take

1ml test propionate /wk
0,5 mg/wk deca durabolin 300

And how long should I do my PCT for? Do you guys have any suggestion? I've read some of the PCT threads here, but I wanna hear what you guys have experienced.

But your old post, less than 15 months ago does say

Like I told u, i'm 21 turning 22, that thread was made for my little brother, the reason why I ask is I know some how gyno is genetics.. Both he and me got gyno thru out puberty years, mine went away his didn't before trying nolvadex.

I'm asking now as I know for a fact I've had "gyno" before, what should I do to prevent it coming thru my cycle.. I appreciate that ur concerned, but as a 22yo guy, this is my choice and this is what I want.

Out of curiosity, how tall are you, what do you weigh and what is your bodyfat%?

weight: 191lbs
Bodyfat: 9-10%


Been training for years.. Ive always been been curious about how far I could push my body, but right now I want to take it to the next level and see how I react on my first cycle.

Goal is obviously to add more mass, and for the most part I eat "clean" aka I stick to "bro-foods" cuz it's much easier for me to track and make duo I'm also working 10 hours a day right now.

Use an AI during cycle to keep your estrogen levels in check. Some people like to run Aromasin thru PCT, sometimes at a lower dose than when on cycle.

Use a SERM (or 2, e.g. Nolva & clomid) during PCT to help get your natural production back up to speed.

Why are you trying to debate with me? I know what I'm doing nutrtion wise, and I know how to get "bigger", all I asked was a simple question in my OP and you're turning this thread the way around.
