Opinions on my PCT workout plan?

I've just finished a low dose cycle of test and eq.

I ran 250 of test and 400 of eq a week for about 8 weeks. Yeah, I know- not long enough...I ran out, what can I say.

This was my first cycle and I used HCG all the way through. Now I'm nervous as I've never been through PCT before. I have Clomid and I've done some good research.

I've read that I should lift heavy and low reps- shorter workouts.

Today I did heavy deads- two warm up sets of five followed by two heavy sets of five and then two more heavier sets of five.

After the deadlifts, I did back row- warm up with five and then three heavy sets.

3 sets of pullups counting to 4 on the descend on the rings.

All in all, I was done in a half an hour.

Sounds good to you? What are good rest times- should it be more HIIT style lifting or longer rest and work with a lower heart rate. I've cut out alcohol (something I absolutely should have done on cycle) and am eating tons of cruciferous vegetables to try and up my natty. Prepared for the worst, hoping for better than.

During pct I stick to compound movements and try to get my training done in 30-45 minutes 3 days a week. Give your body plenty of rest
