I nova in the am and clomid pm. Although I have mixed in one drink. I seem to feel better and even recover better when I split them up.

If you do them before bed you won't notice the sides as much

I dont seem to ever get any sides from them.. Not even the "huge load" side effect from clomid lol

I like to take prior to bed due to the sides, just an easy habit to get into because you never know how it's gonna hit ya!
