    Arimidex alone? Childhood gyno issues

What are folkses thoughts on running a small dosage of Arimidex alone with nothing else to help fight natural gyno issues? I am assuming it may not be the best idea, but this is the reason I am asking.

    Stats; 6'1, 230lbs, 17% BF..

I have dealt with gyno sense I have been a child, did a couple of cycles and always ran Arimidex with my cycles. It helped very much, but still was noticeable. Do I have to run a small dose of Test along side to help counteract?

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

If it has been there for years I don't think an AI is going to reverse it. Have you discussed with your physician?

I have discussed with my physician a couple of times when I was younger and recently too. He said that surgery would help but did not recommend, and recently I went to them again and asked but they said if I was going to be doing aas that there would be no point to surgery.

I am aware that AI wont reverse it, but just wondering will it help diminish the severity of it? It is such a distraction to me. I have dieted down to 7% and it was much better but thought it was still taking away from my physique.

I don't think to many surgeons are going to remove it because you want to run aas. Most will just think it would come back even if we know that it probably would not because you would manage your e or have the gland removed. I don't believe once the tissue has grown that letro will reverse it though. That would only be effective in the very early stages of it before it is completely developed.

That is exactly what they said, just would be no point because they said it would return. Unfortunately for me, I have 27 years behind my belt and I think with that being said, the glands have been fully developed. I appreciate the feedback.

I had pubertal gyno also.. totally sucks!

Nolvadex ( tamoxifen) is good for removal after the gland is there...
Using an AI will lower estrogen in the whole body, which causes imbalance in the T/E ratio in the body.. When you stop the AI, good chance it comes back. Using an AI on cycle to prevent gyno is a good b/c the ratio is already messed up.. which is one reason to run a PCT after a cycle.
Using a SERM like nolva ( or rolaxifene) will essentially suffocate the gland at the spot and is much more direct towards the gland in the nipple, without the massive inbalance of the T/E ratio caused by AI.

I used nolva and it worked very well to removed the lump..

What ive seen is currently done for gyno alone is 40mg of nolva ED for 1-2 weeks ( untill you notice a change in the size) then 20mg for 4 more weeks afterwards.

However, nolva wont do anything for the puffiness it will only shrink the the glandular "lump" under the nipple. Losing BF% will remove the puffiness.. ALso if that is the only issue, having surgery isnt as severe as it is if the lump needs to be removed, its essentially liposuction and it can be done under local anesthesia ( means you dont have to be under full general anestheisa aka asleep) which helps lower the cost of the procedure. I am thinking of doing that myself, but working on BF% first.

Raloxifene should help. It is the superior compound for gynecomastia reversal. 60mg daily until gone.

Letro is the absolute worst compound known to man for gynecomastia reversal. So yeah, everything on earth is better than Letro. Garbage junk.

Would you need to run a suicidal ai after stopping raloxifene? Such as exemastene or could you use a topical suicidal ai like Formasurge?
