Test Cycle 500mg a week, PCT help

Okay, to start out stats:

Age: 25
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 225lbs
bf% 11
Bench one rep max: 335lbs

This will be my first cycle and I have researched PCT's and OCT's extensively. I have always read that nolvadex and clomid are the best products for pct. I have tried to get my hands on them but can not find them anywhere other than ar-r. Is ordering from them safe? good grade as well? I've read about Ar-r liquid tamox (nolvadex) (50ml 20mg/ml) and liquid clomi (70ml 35mg/ml). If they are safe to order how would i does them? Just going off of what Ive read before would this make a good cycle?

Week 1 - 9 500 mg a week of test e
week 9 - 11 250 mg a week of test e
week 13-14 tamox 40mg a day, clomi 70 mg a day
week 14-17 tamox 20mg a day, clomi 35 mg a day

I don't like ramping the test up and down. Pick a dose and run it for 10 weeks. You should consider running hcg on cycle as well for testicular function

Alright. So keep test at 500 mg a week and run hcg while on cycle. What about my pct? Does it look alright?

Yes you want to run HCG on cycle 250ius twice a week 3.5 days apart. Your PCT should be Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50. Good luck

This but you might not be able to handle Clomid that high so if your sides are to much lower the dose
