I have seen a lot of threads lately where people are extending novla to 6 weeks. I just ran test e. and just finished my 4 week PCT yesterday but should I continue running novla for the next couple weeks?

Doesn't hurt. Especially after a run with Deca.

Sine the last time i never recovered like i should of iv'e always extended my nolva for a extra 2 weeks. As austinite said it won't hurt. It was also deca that i ran in the cycle that i had problems after

I agree 4 weeks is not enough, 6 is much better and will do no harm.
Yes I'd run it at 20mg.
