Estrogen to low

Recently after a cycle I ran I proceeded to crush my estrogen accidentally with exemestane and man I don't wish it on anybody.unable to sleep right anxiety just feel like utter sht
Don't crush your estrogen!! Lol
Anybody else had the pleasure of this experience?

Ive done it when trying to use low dose letro to try to manage my estrogen on cycle. It is a horrible experience for sure.

You have trouble sleeping also? Like kind of a racing feeling and just can't fall asleep?At least I know what I feel like when my estrogen is to low now hah

750mg I was running arimidex on but after my last pin I switched to stane and ran 25mg Ed after a week I had to drop it to 12.5ed and then the first week of pct I ran it at half of that then dicontinued. That first week is what got me.

Right it's almost impossible to crush it when you are administering testosterone at high levels but as those levels drop that's why I like to discontinue it at the time you start the serms. Hope your feeling better
