    First cycle!!!!

    I am looking at running 500 mgs a wk test e for my first cycle, my question is I would most likely run Nolva or arimidex for my AI so what would my pct be. Could I run just Nolva or would I need clomid as well? Any thoughts greatly appreciated

    and to save your testis from atrophy get hCG and run it during the cycle.

    Nolvadex is a serm not an AI. Use your serms for pct and run your AI for on cycle to keep circulating estrogen within range. Yes hcg is a good choice on cycle as well to maintain testicular function
