first cycle pct plan after 12 weeks of test Enanthate

Hi Everyone,

This is my first cycle and ive read quite a bit about the test cycle and PCT plan and i was just wondering if the pros could weigh in on my plan, I have already started the test cycle and am in week 10 so please dont suggest changes to that, i am just looking for the perfect PCT plan.

I am doing a 12 week testosterone Enanthate cyle, and my gonads have shrunk big time.

I have already done the test and am in week 10 so please so not comment on the test dosage, just the PCT plan, thank you

Test cycle for 12 weeks

Week 1 Week 4 (4 weeks) 500 mg Test Enanthate
Week 5 Week 12 (8 weeks) 600 mg Test Enanthate


so my question is which pct should i follow:

PCT cycle #1

total time _ Quantity/Drug
(10 days) - 500iu hcg every day
(2 weeks) - 40mg nolva every day
(2 weeks) - 20mg nolva every day
(1 week) - 20mg nolva every day




PCT cycle #2

total time _ Quantity/Drug
(10 days) - 500iu hcg every day
(week 1) - 40mg nolva every day and 50mg clomid every day
(week 2) - 20mg nolva every day and 50mg clomid every day
(week 3 and 4) - 20mg nolva every day and 25mg clomid every day

Hcg needs to be run during your cycle to maintain testicular function not during pct. Serms got pct Clomid and nolvadex . You need an AI for on cycle to keep estrogen under control to

i know bro but its too late im in week 11 of 12.....can you please offer a suggestion based on that?

You will either need to run your pct without the hcg since it is counter productive or look up the power pct and run that

you know i did look at the power pct but that just looks like an excessive amount of hcg , in fact when i read more about hcg it seems like it may even cause harm at levels that high and thats the only place that says to use that high of an amount

do you really think my PCT cycle #2 is that bad?

no it's not that bad. Only you will know if your testies are responding to that dose of hcg but you have to keep in mind that lh production will stay suppressed during the administration if the hcg. You should extend the pct at least 2 more weeks if you are considering going that route. I have also heard a few people having success with the power pct hcg doses cut in half

Since you are in week ten now why not start running your hcg now? That would give you 4 weeks of hcg before starting pct. Don't know why I didn't catch that sooner

well i would but i have to put the order in and its gonna take a week or so for buddy to get it, sorry...i really keep hating to do this but again the pct is gonna havta be similar to the one i outlined

Jim im thinking of bumping up the hcg as well to 15 days at 1000 ui a day so it would look like this:
