Can someone explain my bloodwork!

Hi I've just finished 4 weeks of PCT consisting of Clomid 50mg ED
Nolvadex 20 ED
HCG 1500iu once per week (4 shots in total)

I went to the doctors and asked for all possible hormone tests and this is what I got. However my levels seem all way too high at the end of my PCT, I should be low and slowly bouncing back correct, or am I reading it wrong?

My cycle was 16 weeks of Test E 750mg/week!

This is my 6th cycle, I've always got bloods done, never bounced back that fast. I usually get bloods a month after PCT but I wanted to do it straight after this time to see if I needed to extend my PCT. I've never had results that high, are levels during PCT spiked from the meds then drop after I'm off them?

You should wait 4-6 weeks and run labs again.
