first time PCT

Greetings. Ive been on 500mg of test cyp for 12 weeks im finishing around 16 i took dbols 40mg per day for 4 weeks (just ended) ive only done 1 cycle before and it was test cyp but i didnt do any PCT. I would like to do this one proper i have access to nolvadex clomid and HCG can someone give me some directions on when and how much to take. thank you.

Hcg should have really been run during your cycle not after as it will suppress your lh function. Clomid and nolvadex are fine for pct. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
