Been on for 15 weeks so cycle changed throughout.

Cycle was originally planned but due to gyno coming on strong at week 7 crashing myself with letro I was planning on stopping. I then decided to low dose and started looking /feeling awesome anyway do far my cycle has been

Week 1-7

Anavar 90mg ed cypionate 600mg per week

Week 8-11

Anavar 40mg ed

Week 11-14
Dbol 30-40 mg ed

Week 11 - current
Sus250 500 mg

Week 14 to current

Anavar 60mg ed

It may be hard to Understand I started with var/cypionate then cruised on var only then added test/dbol and now var again. I started on adex at week 7 which has taken care of my gyno estrogen problems.

Anyway I have nolva and liquid clomid for pct and wondering on dosage of each fir when I plan on stopping in 8 weeks or so.

It wasn't planned this way but the results have been insane. I'm 34 by the way and not my first cycle.

As I said all I have access to is nolvA/clomid and supplements from sup shops etc.

And that week 8 where I didn't take anything, well let's say too much letro Omg never again

Drop the var and dbol. Your not going to see much if anything for the short period you are planning to run them and hopefully you are planning to run the sust all the wayto the end? Pct Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Yea dbol was only 4 weeks, running sus250 all the way till pct now along with var, I love That stuff...

I have been on var pretty much all cycle except when I jumped on dbol when I started the sus late in cycle.


Yea that's the pct I was thinking. I plan on going another 8 weeks on sus then pct 4 weeks after last inject

Running any oral longer than 4-6 weeks is very hard o your body

Are you taking an AI consistently?
Are you running HCG with this?
Are you really running this for 22 weeks or did I read it wrong?
Did you get BW done pre-cycle?

Yea been running var throughout, was running low at 40 mg most of the cycle. I have a natropath who has me on pharmaceutical grade liver/kidney detox protection, I don't drink etc and drink heaps of water.

Yea I'll be running by the end around 22-24 weeks, I get checked out every 4 weeks.

No bw done pre cycle, I'll get be done after pct...

I'm 34 have had 3 kids all whilst on cycles so that aspect doesn't worry me.

Honestly feeling extremely healthy and very minimal sides.

As I have nolva /clomid
I will also take sups to help stimulate natural test..

I know I have been on orals a long time but been long and low compared to like 10 weeks at 100mg..

Be consistent with your adex dosage. Get HCG now and run it if possible. It'll help your pct especially with such a long cycle.

Always test. Don't take a break mid cycle from it.

Wait about two months after pct for this.

Avoid supps such as test boosters. They are usually suppressive of your natural testosterone. Stick to nolva clomid

The mid cycle break was not planned it just happened due to cucumstances.

Getting hold of hcg if I can what dosage as I have never used hcg.

Tribulus powder and d aspartic, what's your take on that?

Liver is sweet mate, have been visiting my natropath getting checked and on supplements. Var is broken down in kidneys and is mildly toxic. I don't drink or do drugs so I feel I'm sweet.

Better than killing my liver with alcohol and ecstacy like my younger years
