this is what some one suggested but not sure if that was for oral
For clomid, several possibilities:

100/50/50/50 or
75/50/50/50 or
50/25/25/25 (my personal preference)

Nolvadex
40/20/20/20

what would you suggest in dosage.

week 6: sustajet 250 1.5ml oew

week 8: deca 50mg owe, sustajet 250 .1 ml oew
week 9: nothing
Week 10 Sustajet 250 1ml owe

You need to look at your bottles and tell us what its dosed at mg/ml. Running deca at 50 mg eow is a complete waste

That's what I thought at first but he has some recurring amounts weekly. Maybe it means only every Wednesday? More likely once every week as suggested above.

Either way Kel is right, somebody needs a fat lip.

you can either do the pct that bass suggested or get a little more aggressive nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50

Thanks for your help guys, really appreciate it. I know the dec was probably pretty useless at those doses. The sustaject did the trick. I just needed to increase a little definition without bulking to much.
Next time I'll do a bit more research and ask the questions first. Again I thank you both for taking the time to help me out

You could probably have got the definition you were looking for with nutrition alone. Check out the nutrition forum there are some great folks in there

Just so i get this absolutely correct, tamox has 20mg/ml and clomi is 35mg/ml as stated on the bottles, so does that for every ml of tamox is equal to 20mg and 1ml of clomi is equal to 35mg. I know its obvious but just need to make sure.

reading about cycling off it says use either clomi or tamox, should i use one or the other or both. Also saying to begin 14 to 18 days after last injection.
is the clomi or tamox something you take with food or no need to worry about that.
