    good pct for a 15 week cycle of test 400 and test e?

    hey guys Im planning on extending my 10 weeks of test 400 with 5 weeks of test e, I know that since it's going to be a long cycle, im going to need a stronger pct. So the question is, what should my pct look like?

    Because 1o weeks aint enough, it will take 4 weeks alone just to feel the effect, which leaves me with only 6 weeks of actually being geared up and I don't think 6 weeks of bulking is enough.

    but that how first cycles work! base3d on so many pros who ran long cycle they'll tell you the extra weeks will be a waste. if you had enough test you should have upped your dose and even it out to max 12 weeks. either way PCT should still be the same as standard PCT, 75/50/50/50---40/20/20/20

    hmm now you've just given me a new idea, what if I upped my dose for the last 5 weeks up to 900 mg a week instead of extending my cycle for another 5 weeks?

    there us no reason to run that much gear for a first cycle and no reason to run 15 weeks. 12 weeks max. Pct Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20

    hmm i just dont know what to say, i highly doubt ill gain 20 pounds of muscle in just 6 weeks or even 10 pounds for that matter. it just sounds ridiculous, and i take it ill lose most of my gains post cycle even with pct, that is why i decided to extend my cycle or up the dose, just to make this cycle worthwhile, but then agian i have never cycled and just dont know what to expect at all.

    Nutrition will determine what you keep from your cycle along with pct. 20lbs from one cycle would be a stretch

    agreed, and anyone that can gain 20lbs of muscle in a cycle had no base to begin with so you will loose your "gains" post cycle imho...good luck...

    I platued 3 years ago man, haven't had a single natty gain in 3 years, if I could gain and keep just 10 lean pounds, I would be extremely happy.

    Yes i have,i have tried everything, i have eaten up to 250 grams of protein and nearly 600 carbs a day, all this did fro me was make me puke and give me diarrhea. i have tried less food but still a high carb, protein and fat intake, but still no gain, thus only making me get fat while bulking.
    im only 5'7" theres not really anywhere for the mass to go, i am as full as it gets.

    also forgot to mention, my father is the same height as me and weighs 206 lbs, with a 20 % bodyfat, i am 170 with a 8 percent bodyfat, he has literally been bulking for 20 years tho...
    he claims natty, but i dunno i think i overheard a conversation of his once.

    450 grams of egg whites, 400 grams of hasbrowns, 45 grams of protein, 100 carbs, 100 grams of fat
    300 grams of chiken breast, 600 grams of brown rice, 45 grams of protein, 150 carbs
    120 grams of tune, 30 grams of protein,
    post workout protein shake, 40 grams of protein, 80 carbs
    300 grams of steak, 400 grams of mashed potatoes, 30 grams of protein, 100 carbs
    protein shake before bead, 40 grams of protein, 80 carbs
    there you go

    Without trying to micromanage your meal plan adding fats is an easy way to get in extra calories

    lol yeah i know, i forgot to mention, that the mashed potatoes are cooked ith butter, the protein shake itself has about 10 grams of fat and i also supplement with fish oil caps and omega 3 caps and omega 6 caps, and i also dont really eat clean when im bulking i tend to eat a lot of chocolate, peanutbutter and anything else i carve which tends to be pizza, my body is recieving more than it needs to grow lol

    Eat more nuts, Cashiews, Avacados, Peanut butter and things like that to get your calories up. Salmon and red meat are good options too! Honestly if your body is recieving more than it needs to grow then you are either putting on fat or your training isnt right if you are not making gains.

    I wish that were true, but I change my routine every 4 weeks and have tried heavy compound excersises, extremely well form with lower weight, different diets, I've tried it all lol, my last hope is anabolics, ive upped my dose and extended my cycle by 2 weeks, my current dose is now 600 mg a week of test 400, and for the last 5 weeks, 500mg of test e, im sorry I just couldn't resist, I mean Im driving to mexico! gear as cheap as it gets,doesn't get any better than that, this way I am sure that I will get the most out of my first cycle, so far no sides either than some muscle twitching just 2 days ago, never ever had that before, asked some juicers I know about this and they told me they usually get this when they're juice is about to kick in or already kicking in, so far ive injected 1800 mg of test in to my body, seems like everyone starts to feel it once they hit the 2000mg mark, so anyday now!, hopefully lol
    anyhow thanks for taking the time to reply to my posts man, really appreciate it!

    Again I cannot stress enough how important adjusting your nutrition is. I strongly suggest you hit the nutrition forum. If you do not adjust your macros you be be very disappointed post cycle as you will loose any and all gains you make during your cycle.
