Need a little advice on PCT/AI

Hi guys, I couple months back i ran a cycle of test prop at 500mg a week using nolva and clomid for pct. During my cycle i did not use an AI (arimidex /liquidex) and i experience some excessive bloating and some minor gyno. Ill admit to jumping the gun and not doing enough research first(should have used an AI). I am now about to start a cycle of test cyp at 250mg twice a week and would like some advise on the best possible way to run an AI and my PCT. i have done a good amount of research but have become overwhelmed with conflicting information from different sources. any advise would be much appreciated!!

well at 21 you most likely screwed up your endocrine system. why are you running a second cycle when you still have sides form your first one? the only advice you'll get from me is STOP cycling, try to recover from your first cycle, train hard until you are passed 25 then consider steroids . here is something you need to read,

If you take the time to do your research here on this board you shouldn't see conflicting info. It's good that your asking questions and trying to learn though. A proper cycle will include test as a base, an AI either aromasin or arimidex , hcg during the cycle to maintain testicular function during your cycle and a pct with nolvadex and Clomid. Take some more time and research beginner cycles, hcg, the use of an AI on cycle and read the pct stickys
