HCG and my PCT

my question is mainly resting on the HCG and the following PCT. I have seen a lot of different info on here about different opinions and advice when using HCG. I have chosen to use it the last 3 weeks of my cycle leading into PCT. Just wanted to get some input from what I put together and maybe switch things up after receiving feedback.

was looking at a 12 week cycle of deca and test.

each week i was planning on running 400mg of each with pins x2 a week at 200mg each pin. the last 3 weeks of my cycle i was going to start using he HCG and run that at 500mg x2 a week. along with the HCG I will introduce nolva at 20mg a day and continue that through PCT to the end. once the cycle has ended I will stop the HCG and begin PCT running the 20mg a day of nolva for four weeks along with 10mg per day of aromasin . Do you guys suggest including the aromasin no matter what for the PCT or is it better to wait and run it if it is necessary? That was the main question I wanted cleared up along with any other advice?

that is my bad, i meant to say that during the cycle i was going to be using arimidex to help control the estrogen. once i started the HGC i was going to switch to aromasin because i read that the arimidex does not work well with nolva. mainly i was wondering if i would need to continue the use of the ai through the end of pct or not? i have read a lot that says it is used during cycle and then also read that some use it for pct as well?

Run the hcg from the beginning of your cycle to 3 days prior to pct to maintain testicular function. 200-250 iu 2xew should be enough. Your ai is for on cycle. Once you start pct clomid and nolvadex is all you should need because your estrogen should already be under control and testosterone levels should have dropped leaving no excess test for aromatization
