Test E & HGH First Cycle - what PCT??

Hi Guys

Pretty set on my first cycle now. Just working out if HGH is going to be worth the extra investment!

For an 8 week run of 500mg/week Test E, how does this look:

500iu/week HCG
.25/week ai (arimidex)

I know to start PCT two weeks after my last jab, but not sure what to take. Nolva?? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

OK thanks. I just gave it a read through. Would you suggest running the same hcg, ai & PCT for an 8 week run of Test E?

The plan outlined is for 12 weeks.

If it is the same, my plan would look like this:

Test E 500mg/week (split in two)
HCG 500iu/week (split in two)
Arimidex .25mg every other day (from day 2 to week 10)

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Also, if I did decide to run HGH, where would this fit in? Would it change my PCT?

8 weeks is kind of short for a test e cycle and hgh should be run for at least 6 months to be able to notice any benefit

Agreed. You should add 2-4 weeks to your cycle.

OK cool. So if I go for a standard 12 week cycle, do I have to adjust anything if taking hgh alongside it (starting around the same time).

As you'll see from my welcome post, I talk about not being able to go through any major bulking phases. What is water retention like on Test E/hgh?

Water retention is easily controlled with your ai and nutrition. How long are you planning to run the high?

Again, it's an area that I would need to research. I know it's pricey!!

You just have to run high for a very long time to get the benefit from it
