HPTA restart with triptorelin. HCG? SERMS?

I am 24 years old and have never used steroids . I had a bad reaction to a medication this past fall that I took for four months. It caused secondary hypogonadism and my testosterone has fallen to 145 and my LH to 0.7 and everything else is in normal range. I've had a very high libido since I was 11, lots of energy, and very good health. Now I have erectile dysfunction, my nuts have shrunken, my muscles are wasting, my body hair is thin, I have insomnia, cognitive issues, and I feel like my health is deteriorating. I was perfectly healthy before. I want my health back.

I have pharmaceutical quality HCG , toremifene, clomid, nolvadex , and arimidex on hand and will soon have real Decapeptyl triptorelin .

I know triptorelin is injected at 100mcg but I do not know how much HCG and serms to use with the triptorelin or if to use any at all. Do I start using HCG first and then shoot the triptorelin and continue with a serm? Or just the triptorelin and a serm? Or just triptorelin? What protocol could you recommend?

^^^ This. See a doctor. Don't do this on your own.

I've spoken to endocrinologists, general doctors, etc. They have no ideas except to put me on TRT or a low dose of clomid indefinitely or just do nothing. They have never heard of an HPTA restart, the use of HCG with serms or triptorelin. The most knowledgeable information I have found so far is on steroid forums. I am looking for an expert to guide me. I am doing this with or without guidance since I am not willing to go on TRT and become infertile.

I suggest you find a different dr. There are many dr out there with experience in this area. You could even try a urologist

Track down one of the top TRT doc's in the country who deal with these type issues. Crisler, Shippen, Gorden, etc. That or contact Mike Scally. You can find him on line and he can/will guide you. He's pretty much world renowned in this arena.
