Should I taper down the test before pct?

I'm from Taiwan.
Sorry for my poor English first.

My cycle are as follow.
W1-10 Test E 800mg, Bold Cyp 600mg
W11-12 Test E 300mg

W1-13.5 hcg 250iu twice a week
W1-14 Arimidex 0.25 EOD

PCT:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

My 3 questions:
1. I know that Bold should stop earlier than test so I just inject bold cyp for 10 weeks test for 12 weeks.
Should I taper down the test dosage at w11 and w12 to 300mg ew?
(Cuz I read the lower test in your body when u start pct its more easy to recover)
2. Is Arimidex 0.25 mg EOD enough for test 800mg ew?
Should I use 0.25 ED or 0.5 EOD to control the e2?
(It's really hard to get blood test for e2 in Taiwan very expensive)
3. Is my PCT good enough?

Based on the question you ask I have to ask what is your cycle experience to give accurate answers?

I did 2 cycles before.
Both of 2 are just test only.
Sus 250mg e5d for 10 weeks 5 years ago.
No hcg, no arimidex at that time. Bad recovery.
Second one is half years ago,
TC 400 ew for 10 weeks,
hcg 250iu 2x week, arimidex 0.25mg EOD.
I'm 175cm 86kg 14bf% now.

But I think my main problem is about theory.
Why we need to wait 18 days after last TC injection?
I think it's because we need to wait until it clear up from your body.
In my opinion taper down the dosage is more easier to clear out, correct?
for example:
if the last TC injection dosage is 1000mg and after 24 days we still have 250mg in our body,
if the last TC injection dosage is 200mg and after 24 days we just have 50mg in our body.
Isn't it more easy to recover when I taper down at the end of the cycle?

I would not taper your dose. Pick a dose and go with it. Dex at .25 eod is a good starting point but you will need to adjust if needed based on sides. Pct looks fine
