PCT dosage all at once?

I have one more week of my Test Prop Cycle..

1-8: Test Prop 125Mg EOD = 500mg wk
1-8: HCG 250ui x 2 a wk
1-8: Arimdex .35mg EOD

PCT:
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

I have Nolvadex 20mg pills and Clomid 50mg pills.

1.Should I split the dosage throughout the day like?

8:00am Nolvadex 1 pill and Clomid 1 pill
7:00pm Nolvadex 1 pill and Clomid 1/2 pill
or
it doesn't matter if I take them all at once.

2. I keep reading people saying that clomid has some side effects. What kind of sides?

3. For every number it represents the amount of weeks to take a certain dosage (Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20)
Are those weeks a full 7 day week or just a 5 day week?

OP what has been our experience with 250ui 2x/week? i'm interested in this as i've read different opinions


ps: what a pain in the ass this "spam software" is. i made a much more elaborate post but wasn't allowed to post it even though i removed names and links

Just take your pct meds before bed and you will sleep through any sides.

My experience with HCG was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary... i did HGC because i want my recovery to be as easy as possible. and it really wasn't a big deal just shooting it right into my fat.... id rather be safe then sorry.
