Please help plan my TEST/WINNY PCT

So I am doing as below currently in week 1 I have all pct/ai stuff already on hand including lero, bromo, aromasin, nol, clom. Just looking for advice on timing the winny and PCT start/end and dosages.

34yo
6' 200lbs
training serious 3 years + on/off before
16-20% BF
done only 1 test only cycle 600mg 13weeks pct nolva only 1 year ago


- week 1-12 600mg/w test blend with prop, decanoate, cyp, enan. (inject every 3days)
- week ???? want to run winny tabs 4 weeks at 50mg/d (taken twice daily)
-HCG 500iu/w 1-12 (injecting daily)
-Start aromasin at any suspicion of high est.

I read that winny will shut down HPTA hard for many ppl. Does that mean prolactin will jump? Should I consider taking something to counter act this or just keep the cycle short? I am fine with running 25mg/d and doing for only 3 weeks but if i'm going to put my body though this I would rather do it all the way.

PCT
-start 2 weeks after last T inj.

-clom 100/50/50/50
-nolv 40/20/20/20

Also I read that the clom could be done 50/50/50/50 as the higher does is not necessary anyone have insight on this? Is there any benefit to dropping the last week down again by half for both clomi/nolva? Or an extra week at half dosage?

Pct looks fine hcg really only needs to be done 2-3 x ew. 250 iu 2xew should be enough to maintain testicular function

Time of day or time during your cycle. You are not going to want to use it unless you are lean enough to see the benefit so I would use it at the end of your cycle if that's what you want to do
