help.MY FIRST CYCLE AND PCT. HCG&NOLVA

hey guys how's it going my name is Martin and I just Finishing my first cycle. the guy who got me into this recommend HCG and nolvadex and wondering if the HCG is proper for me. I have read that is for people who have had their testosterone production completely shut down.
I am on week 10
EACH WEEK I PINNED TWICE. SO TIMES EACH ML BY 2

First week
.5ml of deca
.5ml of Sustanon 250mg
(1ml of deca & 1ml of sust)

Second week
1ml OF DECA
1ml of Sustanon
(2 ml of deca& 2ml of sust)

Third week
1ml of deca
1ml of Sustanon

4th week
1ml of deca
1.5ml of Sustanon

5th week
1ml of deca
1.5ml of Sustanon

6th week
1ml of deca
1.5ml of TEST E

7th week
1ml of deca
1.5 of TEST E

8th
1ml of deca
1.5ml of test E

9th
1ml of deca
1.5of test E

10th week
1ml of deca
1.5ml of. TEST C

I Feel my cycle is not very consistent with the compounds that I put into my body.the guy who started me recommend jumping off of the Sustanon onto the test E to get better bulking results.
I am planning to finish at 12 weeks is this a good idea to start PCT now or Can I do a 16 week cycle.my buddy is also recommending HCG and nolvadex what should I do.
I am not experiencing any sides. besides a little acne on my chest and shoulders.
all comments are welcomed Good or bad lol

I would definitely start on the hcg and 2 weeks after your last shot start taking the Nolvadex!!! 40/40/20/20

Deca stays in your system for a while so i suggest discontinuing the deca now run the test another 2 weeks then wait 14 days to start pct. You should have run the hcg from the beginning of the cycle right to the end but you can at least start it now and that will give you 4 weeks of hcg before starting the pct meds. run your hcg from right now till 3 days prior to starting pct and then start the pct meds clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

no one can make that guess. All we can say is by running the proper cycle and pct you will maintain more

Keep the calories up during pct keep the training short but intense. Compound movements primarily and get plenty of rest

HCG is supposed to be started at week 2-4 I believe
