coming of cycle early

i need some advice here

I want to come off the cycle I am worried alot about my health

I have injected 2 times
250 mg testosterone enanthate
250 equipoise

so its 1 week into cycle

do i need to run pct?
if yes
what do i need to run? dose?

also do i need to use arimidex? i got it in hand already

You could run pct but really after only being on 1 week you should recover pretty fast since you haven't been shut down long
