when to start PCT

i am starting my first cycle of 500mg of test E per week for 12 weeks. (twice a week 250mg)

i have all the gear for my PCT, Clomid & Nov.

my question is when does someone start the PCT?

the main beginner cycle post says;

Testosterone Enanthate = 14 days after last injection.

is that true? i am just double checking.

i also read somewhere that people take it before than, sometimes even during the cycle, can someone explain more in details for me about this?

for an example, if i start developing Gyno. Do i take Clomind + Nov till its gone, then stop when its gone and start PCT as planned (Testosterone Enanthate = 14 days after last injection)
