I need answers to Q's I have re: premixed version of Hucog 10000 HP, by Bharat labs

I got some HCG by Bharat serums and vaccines ltd. The exact name of the product is, "Highly Purified Chorionic Gonadotrophin injection 10000 i.u. HUCOG - 10000 HP". The hcg comes premixed as 1ml of solution in about a 3ml vial. THe pachaging looks very professional, and looks exactly like the image on the bharat web site. My question is, if it is legit, how in the world do I measure out 500 i.u. for each injection throughout a 10-12 week cycle? Could I mix the hcg with 9ml of bac water to make it more accessible to a diabetic syringe?

I'm just not sure what to do with the stuff. But it is clear in the description that the one ml of solution is "Highly Purified" HCG. So I don't know if adding bac water to it is the right answer or not.

I would greatly appreciate any info you have on this product and if you have used it, how did you prepare it, really any advice will be helpful.
