Pain, swelling at pin site 3 weeks after the end of my first ycle

Apologies if I've posted under the wrong category. I finished a my first cycle (Sust/Test Prop) three weeks ago, Friday; I was pinning my glutes, primarily the right. Following the end of my cycle, during the past 2 weeks, I've developed firmness, tenderness/pain, and swelling in my right glute. This first began *at* the pining site, but over the past few days has floated outward, towards the hip bone, and decreasing from where it first began. I still have full mobility and functionality.

Is this somehow common, or anything I should worry about/get looked at?
